Planet Tax Free – Oslo Airport
Our counter is located in the Departure Hall, Area 7, before the security control.
Please fill out the refund form before approaching the counter. You will need to complete the following information:
- Full name
- Passport number
- Country of residence
- Home address
- Credit card number/Alipay number
When visiting the counter, please have your flight ticket, passport, and purchased goods ready for inspection. Our staff will validate your form, and the refund will be issued either to your credit card or Alipay.
Opening hours: Daily from 09:00 to 18:00.
If you have a connecting flight in Oslo or arrive outside our opening hours, you can also claim your Tax Free Refund at the ARK bookstore located in the Gate D area.
