PFLY

The Electronic PFLY agreement makes it possible for general aviation pilots to use many of Avinor’s airports outside of their regular opening hours.

The application and approval process is administered and handled by the Norwegian Air Sports Federation (NLF) on behalf of Avinor.

In order to enter into an electronic PFLY agreement, pilots must have completed a self-study safety course available on the NLG skills portal and have:

  • A pilot’s licence with the valid rights (or, TMG rights anchored in LAPL(S)/SPL), or
  • A valid sports pilot licence in combination with a separate PFLY skills certificate for sports pilots
