Reduced opening hours at the ID office
During the period from 11th May to 5th of June there will be reduced opening hours at the ID-office. In addition to the dates below, opening hours are normal.

Welcome to the site where you can apply for access permits to Oslo Airport. Here you can apply for visitor's pass, ID cards, Multisite/Crew Access Cards and vehicle permits if you need operational access to the airport and can fulfill the requirements.
If you apply for local ID card or Multisite/Crew Access Cards you must fulfill the following requirements:
- Your application must be sent in through the correct application form below. Then the application will be sent to your contracting company after which the application will be validated by an approved requisitioner. Subsequently the application will be sent to the ID office.
- If applying for access to security restricted areas (Security) you must have a valid background check. You can apply for, and see the status of your background check at the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authorities web pages.
- You must have completed mandatoy courses for your ID card. See "Course requirements" at the bottom of this page to see which courses you need.
If you applying for vehicle permits or visitor's pass the application will be sent to your contracting company after which the application will be validated by an approved requisitioner. Subsequently the application will be sent to the ID office.
If you need help or assistance, please contact the ID office or your requisitioner. Denial of an application will be notified through your contracting company.
