Remember to show lager goods to be sent in your luggage before checking in.

If the Global Blue refund office is closed you may collect your tax refund at the SAS Service Center by A2. The Service Center is located after security on domestic side of the terminal by gate A2. Passengers in transfer at Oslo Airport arriving from another Norwegian airport may also collect tax refund at this location.
Please remember to complete all your Global Blue Tax Free forms before you arrive at the airport. The following information should be included:
- Passport number
- Full name
- Credit card number + expire date

Make sure you ask for a Tax Free Shopping cheque when you spend NOK 315 or more in one shop. The goods must be taken out of the country within 30 days of purchase.
Fill out your name, address and credit card number on the cheque before arriving at the airport. Your ticket, passport and goods must be shown to the Planet's counter in the departures hall. The staff will stamp your Tax Free form and the refund will be posted to your account within 4-6 weeks. For more information go to Planet.
