Global Blue's counter is located in the departure hall on the left side at check-in 2. To receive your refund show your completed Tax Free forms, goods and passport, as well as the flight ticket for the same day.

Remember to show lager goods to be sent in your luggage before checking in.

Please remember to complete all your Global Blue Tax Free forms before you arrive at the airport. The following information should be included:

• Passport number
• Full name
• Address
• Credit card number + expire date
• E-mail

Planet

Make sure you ask for a Tax Free Shopping cheque when you spend NOK 315 or more in one shop. The goods must be taken out of the country within 30 days of purchase.

Fill out your name, address and credit card number on the cheque before arriving at the airport. Your ticket, passport and goods must be shown to the Planet's counter in the departures hall. The staff will stamp your Tax Free form and the refund will be posted to your account within 4-6 weeks. For more information go to Planet.
