What happens when I drive in front of the terminal?

Our Autopay concept is based on vehicle registration number identification. The identification system determines when your parking starts and ends when you drive in and out of the parking area.  

Do I have to pay every time I park in front of the terminal?

Only if you stay longer than 7 minutes.

How do I pay?

You can pay at machine, at onepepark.no within 48 hours, by invoice in the mail. If you have registered as customer earlier then your parking will be debited automatically when leaving the parking area.

How long can I stay before I have to pay for parking?

At the forecourt at the departure area at Oslo Airport you can stay for 7 minutes for short pick up or drop. If you stay longer than 7 minutes you must pay for your stay.

Where do you find the information about me?

The Autopay concept is based on vehicle registration number identification. The identification system determines when your parking starts and ends when you drive in and out of the parking area. If you do not pay for your parking, the registered owner of the viechle will receive an invoice.

Why do I have received an invoice for parking?

A car registered on you has stayed longer than the specified time in the forecourt at the departures area at Oslo Airport. OnePark has not received payment within 48 hours and have sent the invoice to the registered owner of the viechle.

I parked and went to the payment machine to register. Then I read the received amount was kr. 0. But I have received an invoice afterwards?

You can stay for 7 minutes. If you try to register the vehicle at the payment machine during this time, it will show kr. 0 at the screen. Note that a  fee will be charged if your stay is longer than 7 minutes.

What do I do if I do not drive my own car?

If you do not drive your own car, it is recommended to pay for the parking at the payment machine when you leave.

What do you do with information about me?
