This privacy policy describes Avinor’s processing of personal data related to the Norway Aeronautical VFR Chart 1:500.000 (“the Service”) and applies to all users of the Service.
Avinor AS, org.nr: 985 198 292, acts as controller for the personal data it processes about users of the Service.
What information do we process?
We process the following personal data about you when you visit the Service:
• Your internet address (IP-address)
• Search words you may use when searching for locations in the charts, and which could include information uniquely identifying a person, e.g., an address.
Our legal bases for processing personal data
Our processing of the above-mentioned personal data is based on our legitimate interest in logging web site usage for security purposes, where our interests outweigh your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms, cf. GDPR article 6 no. 1 letter f).

We process information about you for as long as it is necessary to meet the purpose for which it was collected.
How do we share information?
We do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or if it follows from a court order.
How do we keep information safe?
The Service is developed and hosted by our trusted partner Esri, having servers located within USA. Esri processes the personal data as a data processor, and we have entered into necessary agreements, hereunder data processing agreement, with Esri, which provides for a high level of security in the Service.
What are your rights?
Within certain limits you may request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the personal data we process about you.

COOKIES
Avinor do not store personal data in cookies. However, when you use our services, we will store some technical status codes in your browser’s memory in order to facilitate your use of the Service.
