Lost and found
If you have forgotten or lost something at the airport, you can contact the lost-and-found office.
Useful information when you have lost or forgotten something on your trip:
Missing checked baggage?
If your baggage did not arrive, is delayed, damaged, or you have taken the wrong bag from the baggage carousel, you must contact the airline's baggage handlers at the airport.
Lost something on the plane?
Items left behind on the plane are delivered to the airport's lost and found office.
Lost something on the way to/from the airport?
Items lost on the way to or from the airport must be traced through the respective transport operator, e.g. the airport train or express bus.
How do I find my lost property?
Contact the airport's lost and found office to check whether the item you lost has been handed in.
If it has not yet been handed in, you can contact the airline's baggage handler at the airport - see contact details below.
If you lost an item at Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, Tromsø, Stavanger, Bodø, or Sandefjord Airport, you can use the MissingX lost property service to search for or report your lost item.
How long are found items kept?
Found items are kept at the airport lost and found office for 3 months. If they are not claimed, they will be forwarded to Fretex or to the police lost and found office.
What if I have left the airport?
Register your lost item via MissingX. If the item is found, you can choose to pick it up at the airport, or have it sent to you.
