Tax refund
You can get a refund of the VAT on goods purchased in stores affiliated with Global Blue or Planet if you reside outside Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
If you have made purchases in affiliated stores in Norway and want to get TAX, you can do this through Global Blue and Planet
Here’s how it works:
- Purchase goods for over 315 NOK in an affiliated store.
- You are required to bring your Passport or ID card, and flight ticket.
- Request a Tax-free form in the store before you go to the airport.
- Make sure that any items that are to be shipped with your luggage are presented to Global Blue or Planet before check-in.
- At the Airport, go to Global Blue- or Planet counter before security control to get your refund to your credit card.
- Once the form is validated, the refund will be transferred to your credit card.
Important to remember:
- Goods must be exported within 30 days of purchase date.
- Your ticket, passport and items will be checked before you receive a verification stamp.
- Refund may take up to a few weeks to appear in your account.
