Introduction
These standard terms apply to:
* Further provisions on annual and weekly cards can be found in The charges regulations (the Regulations).
The terms of the provisions shall not be understood as limiting any statutory rights that the purchaser may have. Where the terms of payment do not solve a problem, the terms must be supplemented by any other relevant legislation.
Charges
Applicable charges are detailed in the current Regulations.
When the purchase has been made
The purchase is considered complete once Avinor AS has a valid confirmation that payment has been made.
A binding purchase shall nevertheless not be considered completed if obvious typographic mistakes have been made, and Avinor realises or should have realised that an error has occurred.
Issuing of annual or weekly card and/or parking permit
Once payment has been made, Avinor must confirm the purchase by sending a confirmation to the purchaser without undue delay.
A valid permit must be issued by Avinor without undue delay, and must be sent to the email address listed by the purchaser.
Terms
The terms for the use of the annual card are detailed on the card and in the relevant provisions of the Regulations.
Expiry
Reimbursement/repayment
There is no right to reimbursement/repayment for unused periods or reduced seasons. There is no cooling-off period.
Personal information*
Unless the purchaser agrees to another arrangement, Avinor AS can only gather and store the personal information that is necessary for the payment and use of annual or weekly cards and/or parking permits. The purchaser's personal information can only be supplied to others if required to allow Avinor AS to issue the card, or as stipulated in law.
Avinor AS can only gather the purchaser's personal identification number if there are reasonable needs for a secure identification of the purchaser and obtaining the personal identification number is necessary.
